Laboratories

The College has nearly 55 laboratories spread across various departments.  These laboratories are well equipped with soil and plant analysis facilities, instruments, diagnostic facilities, isolation and inoculation facilities, machineries etc. The Department of Biotechnology is having State of the Art facilities with latest facilities required for Molecular Biology, Genomics, Bioinformatics work and Next-generation sequencing, etc.  The Department of Genetics and Plant Breeding is equipped with Binocular Microscopes for cell analysis, DNA finger printing, Marker assisted selection etc. Laboratories of Soil Science, Crop Physiology, Agronomy and Plant Pathology are supported by DST / K-FIST programme. Under SUJALA-III project, GIS and Remote Sensing and soil and water analysis laboratories are established at Department of Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry.
